Adams Street on a Winter Night


The weekend of Christmas was certainly interesting from a weather perspective.  It snowed, then iced over, then snowed again, and finally, the temps plummeted.  I love painting outdoors but it's not very fun when it's precipitating and below 20 degrees, so I did the next best thing (which turned out to be a lot of fun) by setting up my easel in the front window and painted what I saw outdoors.  I hope you all are enjoying the holiday season!
